I hope you find something here which helps you in your preparation to live a more provident life. To me, that means the old scout motto - Be Prepared! It means following my grandparents' advice - Live Frugally! It means using what I have and getting what I need, but not going overboard, which I am prone to doing. I hope the things I've found that work for me will work for you, too. My final hope is that you will enjoy the recipes I post here, and will think about long time food storage for emergencies, as well as using the same kinds of foods in your every day meal planning.
